Larry Jones receives RAIC Fellowship
June 16, 2005

Bergmark Guimond Hammarlund Jones Architects congratulates Larry Jones on
his recent investiture to the College of Fellows of the Royal Architectural Institute
of Canada. Fellowship in the RAIC is an honour conferred on members singled
out for their contribution to research, scholarship, public service or professional
standing to architecture in Canada.

Larry has served the profession through his many years as a member of the
Architects Association of PEI, serving as council member and on two occasions as
president. Through BGHJ Architects and previously Jones and Manning Architects,
Larry has worked to encourage an awareness of architecture and to develop and
grow the profession on PEI.

Bergmark Guimond Hammarlund Jones Architects was formed in 1999 to respond
to the needs of the industry on PEI, and has since grown to be among the larger
architectural firms in Atlantic Canada. As a senior partner in the firm, Larry has
contributed to the design of projects such as the Prince County Hospital, the
Atlantic Technology Centre and most recently the Government of Canada Building.
